Registration Information
Registration for the 2008 season has ended.
Registration will be by mail, and
on-site at Sport & Cycle in Eureka,
May 17th and 18th.
The DEADLINE for all registration will be May 31, 2008. All mail-in
registrations must be post-marked by this date. Late fees will be applied to
ALL late registrations, regardless of waivers from prior years- NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Coaching and Sponsoring
If you are interested in coaching or sponsoring a team, please indicate on
your child’s registration application. Specify what team/age group you choose (i.e.- Coach U-10B;
Sponsor U-8G)
Registration Applications
Applications to register your child to play can be picked up at Sport and
Cycle in Eureka.
2008 applications are not yet available. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE
EYSC HOTLINE FOR AN APPLICATION. As of May 1, 2008 applications will NOT be
mailed out.
Fees for the 2008/2009 Season
All ages and divisions:
$60 1st family player
$55 2nd family player
$50 3rd and consecutive family player
Birth certificates are required for first-time registration for ALL
players, and at every registration for the D3 Developmental
Level.
Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are available for needy players. In order to
qualify for a partial scholarship (half of fee), proof of need-for-assistance
must be supplied with the scholarship application at the time of
registration. To obtain a scholarship application, contact the D4
Coordinator.
